1900 – 1930 SW River
The Strand is a trio of glass towers at the edge of the Willamette River in McCall Waterfront Park. The contemporary structures were designed by the architecture firm Ankrom Moisan and developed by Homer Williams and Jack Onder.
The towers are eleven (North and West building) and thirteen (east building) stories in height and feature 187 condominium residences and 27 townhomes. They offer spectacular views of the city, river and mountains.
The units range in size from 650 to over 3,000 square feet. Amenities include hardwood, granite, marble and tile finishes; elegant, state-of-the-art kitchens; fireplaces in many units; and generous terraces. Building amenities include concierge service and secured underground parking. The Strand complex will also feature a restaurant (currently under construction).
The Strand is located on Portland’s streetcar line with access to the South Waterfront, downtown, Pearl District and NW 23rd Avenue. Its location gives immediate access to the riverfront esplande and McCall Waterfront Park.
